Seminar for higher education policy makers, university management teams, teacher trainers and teachers interested in improving higher education.
- Is the university anchored in the past or does it walk towards the construction of the present and the future?
- Is it taking into account what we know about learning in today’s world?
- How do we promote meaningful teaching and learning that takes into account new representations of knowledge, student interests and contemporary technologies?
The purpose of this seminar is to share approaches to these questions provided by the European project Do It Yourself in Education: Expanding Digital Competence To Foster Student Agency And Collaborative Learning.
We specially want to share the implications for the planning of teaching and learning, teacher training and assessment.
